Fresh Fish Delivery
Wherever you are on the UK mainland — Wembley, Harrow, or the far side of the country — you pay the same £3.99 delivery charge on a £69 minimum order. There is no London-versus-mainland difference in price, product or service. Every order is cleaned, cut and packed to order, sealed in temperature-controlled packaging, and sent on a next-day chilled courier service with DPD or DHL.
We dispatch for next-day delivery on orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2pm. Orders after 2pm, or over the weekend, go out on the next dispatch day. We do not ship on Fridays, weekends or bank holidays — this Monday-to-Thursday window is chosen deliberately, so your fish is never sitting in transit over a weekend and always arrives at its freshest, in line with market conditions and international supply.
Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick your order up from our Wembley shop, or from our new Ilford counter inside Sakthi Cash & Carry. We’ll have it cleaned, cut and ready when you arrive.
Refrigerate your seafood as soon as it arrives. If a delivery is ever late, damaged or not at the right temperature, contact us promptly with your order number and photos where possible — we’ll make it right.

Order Monday to Thursday before 2pm and your fish goes out for next-day courier delivery. Orders after 2pm or over the weekend follow on the next dispatch day — we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays, to keep your seafood at its freshest.
Yes — at checkout you pick your preferred delivery date from the days we can reach you. We deliver Tuesday to Friday, so if you order on a Friday your options begin the following Tuesday and run through to Friday. Order Monday to Thursday before 2pm for the soonest next-day slot.
We deliver right across the UK mainland — London included — all at the same £3.99 rate. Fish travels next-day with DPD or DHL in temperature-controlled packaging. A few remote postcodes may be excluded, confirmed at checkout.
Every order is sealed in temperature-controlled packaging on dispatch day. Refrigerate your seafood as soon as it arrives.
Delivery is a flat £3.99 anywhere on the UK mainland, on a £69 minimum order — the same for everyone, London or not. Collection from our shops is always free, with no minimum.
